Return Policy

IN-STORE PURCHASES

All items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the original date of purchase with the receipt.  Items must be new (clean/unused/unwashed/unworn/unaltered) and subject to terms and conditions.  Items must be in the original packaging with all tags, stickers and labels attached.  Do not remove tags. 

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.  Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card.  Returns with a gift receipt are good for exchange or store credit only within 30 days from the original date of purchase.  

Items that are Final Sale: clearance items, markdowns, gift cards, sunglasses, eyewear, undergarments, socks, pomade, face masks, and jewelry.  No returns or exchanges on Final Sale items. 

In-store purchases can be returned in the same way as online orders.  Please see section below for more info.  

 

FOR ONLINE ORDERS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after delivery to ship your items back for a refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same new condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. 

Items that are Final Sale: clearance items, markdowns, gift cards, sunglasses, eyewear, undergarments, socks, pomade, face masks, and jewelry.  No returns or exchanges on Final Sale items. 

To get you started on a return request for your online order, please find your order summary in your account and initiate a return request.  If you checked out as a guest, you can create an account using the same email address used at checkout to access your order history and submit return requests directly.

Alternatively, please contact us at info@millenniumclothing.com with your order number, the items you'd like to return, and the reason for your return.  We will review the return request within 24-48 hours. 

Please note that returns will need to be shipped to the following address: 8550 Beach Blvd., Buena Park, CA 90620.   Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Items sent back without pre-paid shipping will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

ONLINE ORDER REFUNDS
Returns will be processed within 24 hours of delivery.  Once we’ve received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

It can take up to 3-5 business days to see the credit on your account.  If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve processed your refund, please contact us at info@millenniumclothing.com.

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery and reach us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or wrong. Please contact us at info@millenniumclothing.com with your order number, brief description of issue, and photos. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as hair styling products), and final sale items. Items that are Final Sale: clearance items, markdowns, gift cards, sunglasses, eyewear, undergarments, socks, pomade, face masks, and jewelry.
