Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.  During peak seasons, there may be a delay in order processing times.

Free Shipping Free standard shipping on orders over $89 (pre-tax).

Shipping Carriers We offer standard shipping via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. The shipping carrier and service are automatically selected based on the best available rate and delivery time. At our sole discretion, orders may be shipped using one of the following methods: USPS Priority, USPS First Class, USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Media Mail, USPS Parcel Select Ground, FedEx Ground Economy, FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, UPS Ground, UPS Ground Saver, or UPS Standard.

Geographic Coverage We currently ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations is not available at this time.  We do not ship to P.O. Boxes

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Sales tax may apply depending on your state and may vary based on the shipping ZIP code.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number.  Please allow 24-36 hours for the initial tracking update. 

Delivery Issues

  • Lost or Delayed Packages: If your package has not been delivered within 8 business days of its transit time, please contact our customer service team. We will work with the carrier to investigate and attempt to locate and deliver your package.
  • Damaged Items: Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged items and the shipping carton or package.

Address Changes We cannot modify addresses once orders have been placed or shipped.  Customers are responsible for sure that the shipping address is complete and accurate prior to placing their order.  This includes providing the correct suite # or apt. # to ensure your package is delivered to the correct destination.  Please contact our customer service team immediately if you need to cancel your order.  Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled.
